We use 3/4" thick tongue and groove boards held together with black oxide stainless steel hardware. Cedar is naturally rot resistant. This means no chemicals are required to increase the life expectancy of the wood. With our 100% cedar interior you can rest easy knowing no chemicals leaching into your food. It's a no brainer!
